Fran Randolph, Chair

Fran worked for the federal government as a Division Director doing research and evaluation on programs that helped people with serious mental illnesses.  Upon retiring in 2014, she spent a year training to become a certified life and retirement coach. Fran started the Village at Kentlands in 2015 along with a group of committed volunteers.  It later became the Village at Kentlands and Lakelands.  According to Fran, “Seeking ways to help others has always been an important part of my life. My vision is for the Village to provide opportunities for social connectedness and cultural enrichment along with support so that our older residents can age safely at home.”
